What is Wulu Wellness?

Wulu Wellness is a space for grounded support, intentional movement, and self-trust.

The word Wulu comes from Wuluku, pronounced wuh-loo-kwah, meaning “mine”. This name was gifted to me when I was adopted into an Indigenous family in Australia, a gesture of belonging and trust that continues to guide my work and way of being. 

For me, Wuluku speaks to connection, care, and deep personal meaning. It is a reminder that your experience belong to you.

Your body.
Your growth.
Your transitions.
Your strength.

Every season of life brings change. Some seasons are physical. Some are emotional. And some reshape us completely. In those moments, steady guidance and a supportive community can make all the difference.

Wulu Wellness brings together movement and compassionate support to help you feel more at home within yourself. Through yoga, you are invited to move in a way that builds confidence, awareness, and resilience. Through doula and family support, you are held with care, guidance, and encouragement as you navigate life’s transformative moments.

There is no single path to wellness. There is no single way to move, to grow, or to step into something new.

There is only what feels aligned for you.
